Type of position: Entry level Reports to: Operations Manager and Company President Location: Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada Job posted: July 31st 2017 Position Summary The main responsibilities of this position are to source, organize, print and fulfill custom clothing orders for Stay Golden Apparel's clients. The purpose of the position is to ensure the smoothest and highest quality customer experience possible while maintaining a high level of quality control in all aspects of the clothing production process. The right candidate will possess a sharp eye for detail, a willingness to learn and apply new skills, a self motivated attitude, and a high level of customer service and communication skills. Roles and Responsibilities: - Sourcing and printing custom clothing orders - Sorting and organizing inventory for incoming clothing shipments - Managing quality control and shipping on outgoing orders - Engaging and communicating with clients to help them achieve desired outcomes for their clothing orders - Participating and contributing to ongoing business and brand development - General housekeeping and other tasks as needed The Ideal Candidate will be: - Detail orientated and committed to high quality work - A multi tasker and prepared to wear multiple hats within a growing company - Comfortable working extra hours as projects come up - Committed to consistently providing a high level of client service Education/Experience Requirements: - Some university/college education in business, marketing or fashion is an asset - Real life experience working in a variety of organizations and companies is a must - In depth understanding of social media and personal branding Skill Requirements: - A willingness to learn and apply new skills in relation to fashion and clothing production - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time to complete tasks with tight turn around times - Ability to juggle competing priorities - Strong communication skills for customer relations - Proficiency in basic online programs such as Microsoft Office - Proactive in completing work, solving problems, and taking charge of own professional development The Pay: - Starting wage is $14/hour, 35-40 hours per week.
