Need a quote? Visit our Request a Custom Quote page, enter your order details and select submit. We have a dedicated sales team in place ready to review your order.
Or you can Select a Product Here on our website and add your logo to it with our Online Design Studio. After you have added your customized products to your cart and submitted them on our website, our sales team will then follow up with you via email within the next business day to confirm your order details and pricing.
APPROVAL PROCESS
Our team will then provide you with a quote and graphic preview for approval via email. We wait until your final approval to begin producing an order. Artwork can be submitted in high resolution JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI or EPS format.
Approving an order means you are approving your artwork, as well as the garment style, color, sizes and print placement. Payment for the order is also due at this stage, before production begins. We accept e-transfers, credit card payments, as well as cash, cheque and Interac in store.
PRODUCTION TIMELINE
Our standard turn around time is 10-12 business days on most custom printed and embroidered orders. Certain special order products like custom patches, woven labels and promotional products operate on extended timelines. Rush orders on some products are available by request at an additional cost, depending on the season and our production schedule.
RECEIVING
Stay Golden Custom orders blank garments every day from warehouses across North America. Garments are picked, counted and checked for accuracy at our distributors' warehouse before they're shipped to us. Once the shipment arrives at our production facility for decoration, our receiving team checks in all shipments to make sure they match the quantities and sizing of what was ordered.
PRINTING/EMBROIDERY
Once an order and its artwork are approved for production, screens are burned and prepared for Screen Printing. Other decoration methods that we offer include Direct to Garment Printing, Embroidery and Vinyl Printing. Each decoration process has a unique set of steps that our production team undertakes to ensure that your design and garments come out looking their best. We also offer value added Private Label Services such as custom inside neck tagging and woven labels.
READY FOR PICKUP OR SHIPPING
As soon as our production team gives the thumbs up for order completion and pickup, we reach out to you to let you know that your order is complete and ready for shipping. We ship orders Canada wide via UPS and Canada Post. The cost of shipping is extra but can be added onto your order.
Local customers can pick up their orders at our production facility at 4302 PE-13 in Hunter River, PEI or at our Charlottetown pickup location at 644 University Ave. in Charlottetown.
REORDERS
Need to order more? We can definitely help! Please send our team an email to arrange a reorder. However, please keep in mind that pricing is based on quantity, so your price may go up or down depending on how many you need. Our minimum order quantity for reprints is 6 pieces per order.
