4 different service levels to meet your timeline


STANDARD SERVICE


Our standard turn around time for wholesale clothing orders is 10 business days for printed merchandise. Once your order is paid for and you have approved your artwork and order details with our sales team, your order will be ready for shipping or pick-up within 10 business days.

RUSH SERVICE


Rush service for wholesale orders is possible during certain parts of the year for some of our products. Rush service is subject to confirmation of available space in our production schedule and approval of your artwork and order details. See the "Rush Fees" section of our Frequently Asked Questions page for more details and the costs for this service.

SAME DAY SERVICE


In a jam and need some t-shirts in a rush? Come into our facility in Charlottetown to take advantage of our Same Day Print Program, the first of its kind on Prince Edward Island. We stock white and black t-shirts for same day printing of small run orders. Orders are subject to stock availability and need to be placed by 12:00pm for end of day completion.

SPECIAL ORDERS


Select special order products and decoration styles can require a longer production and delivery time closer to 15 business days. Don't worry, our sales team will let you know of this early in the process! Examples of this include embroidery (15 business days), custom woven patches,  and certain in depth private label orders.

This discount was put in place to help non-profit organizations raise more funds for their respective causes. Please fill out this form to be added to our list of partner organizations that recieve the discount. Please note that the registration form must be completed, submitted and approved by Golden Custom before orders are placed to recieve the discount as it cannot be applied retroactively.

Don't hesitate to get in touch with our sales team to ask about any extra stock or inventory we might have on hand at our facility from the previous season. While most of our products are ordered in specific to our clients' requests, there are instances where extra product is acquired and can be sold at a discounted rate for interested groups.
